• 1. Fill out the simple application form to start the digitization process.
• 2. A small deposit of $75 off the total cost is required to start the process immediately, this will be processed securely on the site.

The entire digitization process which we will handle, has a cost of $275 Canadian which is payable $75 when you submit this form and $200 when you submit by mail or courier the ink fingerprint. To ensure the best quality of the ink fingerprints, please have them taken at a local police station or professional fingerprint agency.

There is a certain amount of paperwork, copies of IDs, etc. that has to be completed but all this can be done by email and we will deal with it once the process is started. The original ink fingerprints must be sent to us in original form.
